Eligibility Criteria of IOCL Nursing Admission
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc Nursing: Candidate must have Higher Secondary (10+2) Science or Equivalent Examination from recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects and securing at least 45% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category candidates and 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST(P) / ST(H) category.
GNM:
a) Candidates must have passed 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board.
b) Candidates must have passed 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
c) Candidates must have passed 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
d) Candidates must have passed Registered as ANM with pass marks
Gender: Only female candidates can apply for this course .
CEE 2026 /GNMEE 2026 Score: Candidates shall have to apply online with Common Entrance Examination (CEE-2026)/ GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE-2026) Roll No. and with total marks obtained in CEE-2026 i/r/o B.Sc (Nursing) cases . (As applicable)
Age Limit: Minimum age of the candidates for admission will be 17 years as on 31.12.2026. The upper age limit is 35 years. Marksheet / certificate issued by a Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class-X) examination shall be the only acceptable document in support of proof of age.

IOCL Nursing Admission Stipend and Training Details
# B. Sc (Nursing): The selected candidates shall be paid a consolidated stipend per month for 1st year – Rs. 2,800/-; 2nd year – Rs. 3,000/- ; 3rd year – Rs. 3,200/-; and for 4th year – Rs. 3,400/-
# GNM: The selected candidates shall be paid a consolidated stipend per month for 1st year – Rs. 2500/-; 2nd year – Rs. 2700/-; 3rd year – Rs. 2900/-.
# Additional benefits / opportunities for both B.Sc (Nursing) & GNM courses:
(1) Free hostel accommodation, medical attention for self at AOD Hospital and uniform will be provided to all selected candidates. Selected candidates will be compulsorily required to stay in the Nursing College hostel only.

# BSc (Nursing): After passing out from the course, the candidates will be engaged compulsory for a period of 01 (one) year as working interns at AOD Hospital or in any of the other hospital of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. This may be extendable by maximum 2 (two) years at the sole discretion of IOCL (AOD). The working interns shall be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 16,250/- per month for BSc (N) at AOD Hospital and shall be paid an additional amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month if they are placed at other hospitals of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, other than at AOD hospital. During the period while they are engaged as working interns, they shall not be provided with the accommodation facility.
# GNM: After passing out from the course, the candidates will be engaged compulsory for a period of 01 (one) year as working interns at AOD Hospital or in any of the other hospital of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. This may be extendable by maximum 2 (two) years at the sole discretion of IOCL (AOD).
