• PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of Experience in community institution building (PG and FPO) nurturing and make them vibrant & sustainable. Must have knowledge & Experience on the legal entity & statutory compliance of community institutions.

• Minimum 8 years of Experience on CB of community institutions, designing CB architecture, CB plan, preparing training modules, manuals, training, schedules & develop training feedback system, designing IEC, training hand books/reading materials.
• Must have Experience on training centers development & management. Must have working Experience in NRLM program.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working Experience in NRLM program for minimum three years
Salary: 6 LPA-7.2 LPA Based on relevant Experience.
3. Field Expert
