  • For APFC: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Law, Management, Labour/Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Age Limit

  • EO/AO: Maximum 30 years

  • APFC: Maximum 35 years

  • Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, etc.).


Selection Process

The recruitment process involves two stages:

  1. Written Examination – Objective-type paper covering General English, Indian Polity, Economy, Social Security in India, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Current Events, and Quantitative Aptitude.
