RITES Assistant Manager Salary
- Basic Pay: ₹23,340 per month
- Gross Monthly CTC: ₹42,478
RITES Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For General/EWS Candidates
- First-class degree OR minimum 60% marks in the qualifying engineering degree.
- Degree must be from an AICTE-approved institution.
For SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Candidates
- 50% marks required in the qualifying degree for reserved posts.
- For unreserved posts, they must have 60% marks.
Accepted Qualifications
- Degree from a university established by Central/State legislature.
- Institutions established by Parliament.
- Deemed Universities under UGC Act 1956.
- Sections A & B of Institution of Engineers (India), recognized by AICTE.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant discipline.
- The following will NOT be counted as experience:
- Training (except on-the-job)
- Internship
- Teaching/academic work
- Fellowship
- PhD research
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 years as on 25 December 2025.
Age Relaxation
- OBC-NCL / SC / ST: As per Government norms (against reserved posts).
- PwBD: 10 years (with minimum 40% relevant disability).
All age, experience, and eligibility are calculated as per the cut-off date: 25 December 2025.
