Last Date: .25th December, 2025West Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Limited (WAMUL) popularly known as Purabi Dairy has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Manager and Assistant Posts . Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.
1. Sr. Assistant (Human Resources)
Age Limit: Not above 30 years as on 1st January, 2025. However, relaxation in age may be given upto 03 years in case of appropriate/ outstanding candidates with relevant work experience.
Pay: CTC Rs. 6.47 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Full time MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from reputed Institute with 60 percent marks. Certification in Labour Laws shall be an added advantage.
Experience: Preferably 04 (Four) plus years of full time work experience in Human Resource Management in Dairy/ FMCG/ Service/Other Manufacturing sector. However, candidates having less than 03 years of the requisite work experience will not be considered for the Selection Process.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, email, and presentation software.Language: Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.Document verification/ Written test/ Interview date: 8 & 9/12/2025
2. Assistant-I (Technical- Information & Communications Technology)
Age Limit: Not above 30 years as on 1st January, 2025. However, relaxation in age may be given upto 02 years in case of appropriate/ outstanding candidates with relevant work experience.
Pay: CTC Rs. 3.88 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience
Educational Qualification: ITI from a NCVT/ SCVT approved institute.Experience: Preferably 02 (Two) plus years of full time work experience IT Repair and Maintenance, Electronic Repairing Division, Electronic Items Field Support, IT/Electronics/Electrical Development Sector. Besides, work experience in service delivery in rural areas/villages will be an added advantage.
However, candidates having less than 01 year of the requisite work experience will not be considered for the Selection Process.

3. Deputy Manager – Management Information System (MIS) & Planning
Age Limit: Not above 35 years as on 1st January, 2025. However, relaxation in age upto 3 years may be given in case of appropriate/ outstanding candidates with relevant experience.
Pay: CTC Rs.11.23 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification:
# Must have full time B. Tech/BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Master of Computer Applications.
# Master’s degree or certifications in Data Analytics, MIS, or Statistical Analysis, shall be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, or a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP), SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), database management systems, and knowledge of programming languages like Python (preferably with libraries like Pandas or Scikit-learn). Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is also beneficial.
Language: Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
