  • For Assistant Engineer (AE): Candidates must possess a full-time regular Diploma in Engineering from a recognized State Technical Board or an AICTE/UGC approved institution. Eligible disciplines include Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, and Instrumentation Engineering. Pass marks are mandatory.

  • For Deputy General Manager (DGM): Candidates must hold a full-time Engineering Graduate Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.

Required Work Experience

  • For Assistant Engineer (AE): A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification site experience in the Power Sector is mandatory. Out of this, at least 06 years must be directly in grid-connected Solar or Wind energy projects of 50 MW capacity or above.

  • For Deputy General Manager (DGM): A minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience in the Renewable Energy sector is required, focusing on project execution, planning, or operations.
